Outreach Desk

Investor emails that earn a reply — personalized from facts you actually have.

These three stay in your browser — they are never sent to the model. The name replaces the draft’s [Your name] sign-off, the address opens the mail draft already addressed, and the fund name is what your past drafts are listed under.

Or pick a file: .txt and .md are read locally — nothing uploads until you run.
The personalization map traces every tailored line back to something in this box.

How it works

Nothing to hand? Load the — a seed-stage company writing to a partner whose portfolio and thesis are on the table — or the , where almost nothing is known about the investor and the quality gate says so out loud.

1

Give it real facts

What the company does and the numbers that make it real, plus whatever you actually know about the fund: thesis, portfolio companies, a post you read, a mutual connection. The instant lint reads both boxes for free while you type — word counts, personalization signals, and any banned phrase already sitting in your own text.

2

The AI writes the draft

Subject and message first, so a truncated run still leaves you something sendable. Then a personalization map tracing every tailored line back to a fact you supplied, a follow-up cadence at day 0, day 4–5 and day 10–12, a quality gate, and the gaps worth filling. Nothing is invented: an unknown traction number or portfolio company lands in Gaps, not in the email.

3

Check it, send it, follow up

The same lint re-runs on the returned message and is shown next to the model's own quality-gate claims — if it claims no banned phrases and the lint found one, you see both. Copy any section, copy it all, download the Markdown, or open it straight in your mail client. Drafts stay in your history with restore, revise, and a one-click follow-up.
